FlowCRM sales desk
Your team runs the desk. Each customer opens only their own account.
Keep leads, follow-ups and GST invoices together. An admin sees the whole desk. A customer signs in and sees the invoices, documents and details that belong to them.
What the desk holds
Built for daily sales work, not for a pile of separate sheets.
Scored leads
New enquiries land in one list, marked hot, warm or cold, so the next call is obvious.
Follow-ups
Calls, WhatsApp notes and meetings stay attached to the lead or the customer.
GST invoices
Quotes and tax invoices use your company details, rate and numbering.
Documents
Files sit with the customer they belong to, and that customer can download their own.
Login opens the right account
The same button is on the top right. What opens depends on who signs in.
Admin and agent
The working desk
Pipeline, tasks, attendance, reports and the full customer list. Agents see the records assigned to them. Admins see everything, including team logins.
Staff loginCustomer
Their own account
Invoices, documents and the company details stored for that customer. Nothing from anyone else’s account is on the page.

Questions
Where is login?
On the top right of every public page. After a correct password, an admin or agent opens the desk. A customer opens their account.
How does a customer get a login?
An admin adds a person under Team, chooses the Customer role, and links the customer record. Apply update 1.1.0 once before the first customer login.
What can a customer change?
They can read their invoices and documents, and change their own password. They cannot see leads, other customers, or settings.
Is the enquiry form public?
Yes. Anyone can send an enquiry without an account. It becomes a new lead for the team.
